Summer Vacation 2007

We just returned from 7 days 6 nights on a houseboat that toured Lake Shuswap B.C.While the weather wasn't everything that we wanted it to be, the last two days where beautiful.Rylee and Lauren loved the water and decided that for the duration of the trip, naps where not needed. All in all, while there were some trials, we had a fun time.

With a little convincing.....

Rylee wanted nothing to do with riding the sea-doo's or the ski-boat. So with a little convincing, Adam or I putting her aboard while she is kicking and screaming, she eventually loved going for rides. I can't say that she was all smiles, but she enjoyed herself.

The ole' bait in switch

Lauren thought that all the rocks belonged in her mouth. One minute she would be splashing and laughing, the next , she would be drooling uncontrollably and I would have to swipe a mouth full of pebbles out of her mouth. This was one of those trials I was talking about.
